Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How much does delivery cost?
UK Standard delivery is £2.99 on orders under £25, and FREE on orders of £25 or more.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 4-10 working days for delivery. If you're buying a gift for a special date, we recommend ordering in good time.
Where do your orders ship from?
To keep our prices friendly, your order is dispatched directly by our trusted partner suppliers rather than from our own warehouse. That's why delivery takes 4-10 working days, and why items from one order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
Can I track my order?
Yes – once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you your tracking details. If you haven't received them, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What is your returns policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us via our contact form before sending anything back so we can give you the return details. Return postage is paid by the customer.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll replace or refund the item free of charge.
Are your toys safe?
Each product page lists its details, including the recommended age and safety guidance. All of our toys should be used under adult supervision, and please check them regularly for wear or damage – stop using any item that shows signs of wear.
How do I choose the right age?
Every product page shows its recommended age range (for example, 0–12 months or 0–3 years). Our High-Contrast Flash Cards come in separate age sets, so just pick the one that matches your little one.

Can I add a gift message?
