Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is £2.99 for orders under £25, and FREE on orders of £25 or more. Orders are usually delivered within 4-10 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Items may arrive in separate parcels.
Returns
We want you and your little one to love your order. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Faulty or damaged items will be refunded or replaced free of charge; please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
To start a return, email us using the contact details on our Contact page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
